This week I turned 22. So with the day off work I decided to spend the day celebrating doing all things I love, working out, eating and shopping!
I kick started the celebrations off at KOBOX a boutique boxing gym on the Kings Road. You can read more about the workout here. As always it was as challenging but fun class. If you haven’t tried out this place then you really must.
After the workout we headed to Notting Hill for some much needed refuel. Granger & co has become somewhat of a birthday brunch tradition in my family and my 22nd was no exception. After studying the menu long and hard (trust me its that good) I decided to order the tuna, avocado and brown rice poke bowl with the bill’s green juice. Delicious!
Wondering around Notting Hill never gets old. Pastel coloured buildings and streets lined with my favourite shops!
Even on a dull January day Notting Hill still looks gorgeous.
After a mooch around the shops we stopped for coffee and cake, because is it really your birthday if you don’t have cake? The almond milk latte’s and carrot cake from Gails really are the best.
For my outfit I opted for a casual khaki military styled shirt that I picked up in the January sales for an absolute bargain. I teamed it with my new favourite pair of black skinny jeans and boots.
The best part of the outfit though? The rucksack!! I’ve been lusting over the personalised Burberry rucksacks for months and I finally took the plunge and treated myself. For me it’s the perfect everyday work bag. Most of the time I’m walking around with a number of bags but now I can squeeze in my gym kit, laptop and lunch all in one. Winning!
