Daily Skin Care Routine

October 9, 2016

Its official, our pretty pathetic English ‘summer’ has sadly come to an end. As the days get shorter, and the weather colder, now seems as good of a time as any for a little beauty cabinet refresh.

Skin really needs some extra loving care in winter. Everything gets a little bit drier and unless you’re fortunate enough to jet away for some sunshine it’s hard to retain any sort of glow. Because of this I’ve decided to give you a run through of my everyday skin care routine. These products are my daily saviours and are at the front of my bathroom cupboard.

Eve Lom TLC Cream | I use this before bed every night without fail. It deeply hydrates and conditions leaving skin glowing and baby soft as soon as you apply – A real winner!

Eve Lom Radiance Lift Cream | I use this moisturiser in the morning. Not only does it smell heavenly but provides just the right amount of moisture for the day without leaving your face looking greasy.

Emma Hardie Moringa Cleansing Balm | Having suffered from really sensitive skin a few years ago I really struggled to find a face wash that didn’t upset and irritate my skin. This gem leaves your skin feeling super clean and clear of any break outs!

Sarah Chapman Skinesis Age-repair Serum | Who wants wrinkles when they’re older?! Not me! So many people think that you should only use eye cream once you start getting wrinkles, when actually if you want to prevent getting them you have to start before they arrive. I use this serum twice a day, in the morning and before I go to sleep.

Nuxe Gentle Toning Lotion With Rose Petals | Now this is a beauty product that doesn’t actually live in my beauty cabinet, but instead my gym bag. Skin can really suffer if you’re a gym bunny who gets their sweat on daily. After every workout you’ll find me cleaning my face with this toner without fail. Its honestly amazing and I’m always amazed at how much dirt comes off on the cotton pad after using… yup gross I know!!
